Contact support
Email our team to open a support request. You do not need to sign in to Brix to ask for help. We reply by email, and you can continue the conversation in the same thread.
- Support hours
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time (America/Chicago)
- Maximum time to first response
- Within 2 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday. Messages received outside support hours are handled starting the next business day. The first-response commitment covers an initial reply; the time to resolve an issue depends on its complexity and any third-party involvement.

Help us find the issue
Include these details in your email so we can investigate:
- Your name, business or workspace name, and the email you use to sign in.
- What you were trying to do, what happened, and the exact error message if one appeared.
- When the issue happened, including your timezone, and the browser or device you used.
- For meeting issues, whether you were connecting Zoom, creating a link, editing an event, or removing a meeting.
Screenshots can help. Hide unrelated customer information before sending them. Never include passwords, verification codes, authorization tokens, or private meeting host links.
Help with Zoom
Our Zoom guide covers prerequisites, connecting an account, scheduling and updating meetings, sharing links, and removing the integration.
Meeting link not ready?
Your Brix event can be saved even if Zoom cannot create or update its meeting. Open the event and check the error. Reconnect the original host’s Zoom account if prompted, then retry. If an initial creation timed out, check Zoom for an existing meeting before retrying to avoid creating a duplicate.
Want to disconnect?
Open Account → Meeting accounts and disconnect Zoom. To revoke the authorization in Zoom as well, follow the removal instructions.
Account & workspace access
Sign in using the email or sign-in method associated with your invitation. If your business workspace is missing or you need a different role, contact your workspace administrator. If you cannot reach them or cannot sign in, email Brix support with your business name and account email.
For Zoom account restrictions, app approval, or Zoom plan limits, your Zoom account administrator may need to help. For an issue inside a Zoom meeting, you can also visit Zoom Support.
Privacy & data requests
For access, correction, export, deletion, or another privacy request, email admin@brixstrategies.com with the subject Privacy request. Include the account email and business involved, plus what you would like us to do.
