Terms of Use

The terms for using the BRIX Strategies website, workspace, and connected services.

About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website, business workspace, and integrations provided by BRIX Strategies (“Brix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you use Brix for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.

A separate signed service agreement or order may set out additional terms for your business, including scope, pricing, and support commitments. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Accounts & access

You must be at least 18 and authorized to access the business workspace you use. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your business is responsible for managing its users and permissions and for activity carried out through its accounts. Access to some features depends on your role, your business’s configuration, and connected service availability. You may use Brix for your business’s lawful internal operations while your access is authorized.

Permitted use

You agree to use Brix lawfully and respect the rights of customers, team members, and other people. You must not:

  • Access data or accounts without permission, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
  • Upload malware, misuse automated requests, or disrupt other users or connected providers.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited communications, or disregard a recipient’s consent or opt-out choices.
  • Upload or share content you lack permission to use, or use Brix to infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Resell the service, copy protected elements, or reverse engineer it except where allowed by applicable law or a written agreement with us.

You are responsible for obtaining permissions required to collect customer information, send communications, and share meeting links. Brix calling and messaging features are not intended for emergency communications.

Your content & privacy

You and your business retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Brix and its service providers to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to deliver the services you request and maintain their security and operation.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the information you enter. Brix retains its rights in the software, website design, branding, and other materials we provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party’s intellectual property.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and retained, and how people can exercise their privacy rights.

BRIX Strategies text messaging terms

Text START to (888) 857-2025 to opt in to one-to-one conversations and service-related messages from BRIX Strategies LLC about your inquiry, scheduling, appointment, or support request. You send the first text. We do not use this program for marketing or promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies according to your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at admin@brixstrategies.com or visit Brix support. See the full opt-in disclosure and our text messaging privacy terms.

Zoom & other connected services

Integrations are optional and require an eligible account with the provider and any necessary administrator approval. Authorizing Zoom allows Brix to create, retrieve, update, and delete linked meetings for your connected account when you use Brix scheduling features. The connected account owns the meeting; assigning an event to another team member does not transfer the Zoom host.

Third-party services, including Zoom, Google, and communications providers, have their own terms, policies, plan limits, and availability. You are responsible for complying with those terms and for any provider fees. Brix is responsible for its own service; the provider operates its service.

Review meeting details and verify that a link is ready before sharing it. Creating a meeting link does not automatically send customer invitations. If synchronization fails, the Brix event may still be saved while the external meeting remains unchanged or has not been created.

You can disconnect Zoom from Account → Meeting accounts and revoke access through the Zoom App Marketplace. Existing Zoom meetings and Brix appointment records are not automatically deleted by disconnection. Read the Zoom guide for setup, usage, removal, and troubleshooting.

Fees & service changes

Any fees, payment schedule, renewal, cancellation, or refund arrangements are those in your applicable order or service agreement. Connecting a third-party account does not change that agreement or cancel charges from that provider.

We may maintain, update, or change features as the service develops or provider requirements change. We will give notice of material changes where required by law or your agreement. For help with account or billing questions, contact support.

Ending access

You can stop using the service and contact us or your workspace administrator to request account closure. Contract cancellation remains subject to your service agreement. Removing a Zoom connection does not cancel your Brix service.

We may restrict or suspend access to address a security threat, unlawful activity, a breach of these terms, nonpayment under your agreement, or a legal requirement. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

After access ends, information is handled as described in our retention policy and any applicable business agreement. Contact us about access to or deletion of your information.

Service responsibilities

We aim to provide a reliable service and offer help through our Support page. Unless your agreement provides otherwise, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particular business results, or the availability of third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Updates & contact

We may revise these terms and update the date above. We will provide additional notice when required by law or your agreement. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these terms can be sent to BRIX Strategies at admin@brixstrategies.com.
